We love a good challenge! 🚧 Every now and then, we get the incredible opportunity to tackle multiple renovations at the same time. In our latest project, we’re showcasing recent work done in Lake Forest, IL. The project had multiple facets to it, including, but not limited to: new walkway installation, landscaping design overhauls, entry steps redone, and more.
When we first got the chance to see the property, in partnership with the owner, we identified several areas that needed serious overhaul. There was overgrown vegetation, worn down overhangs, and busted paver walkways, all leading to uneven / unsafe side entrance steps. We took our time to work with the owner to layout out some new ideas and proposed solutions to open up the space and allow for better usage.

See the pictures below for our final output. We’re super excited at the outcome, as is the property owner. This site will continue to be very easy to manage for years to come. The layout is meant to maintain consistency and ease of upkeep, as well as generate a sense of peace and harmony.
