The patio surface is also Bluestone, with full dimension and full range color, and mortar haunch. Don't know what a mortar haunch is? When you’re vetting possible contractors, if they can’t do it and warranty it then chances are they won’t be able to deliver on the project.
The seat wall was built on a 44 inch deep concrete rebar reinforced foundation. Cinder block (cmu) with Eden wall veneer. Thermal bluestone tops. The cook island sits on a 44 inch deep concrete rebar reinforced foundation. Not a trench but the entire area is concrete. 1.5 inch gas line supplies the grill and pizza oven Knowing gas requirements to supply features and home utilities at the same time is crucial. Everything can run simultaneously inside and out with no issues in supply
All design, plantings, grading, lighting was handled by National brick Pavers and Stone. Any subcontracting handled by National brick Pavers and stone was with trusted and proven companies in the area.
